Hosrom, what’s in a name?

Inspired by authentic ­avors and techniques passed down from generation to generation, Hosrom introduces an elegant yet affordable dining experience in a stimulating and casual atmosphere, driven by a generous Lebanese hospitality.

The name Hosrom, or “Verjus”, stands for unfermented juice that has been pressed from selected unripe grapes. The juice is very distinct and has been used for centuries to add a bright, sweet-tart ­avor to dressings and marinades. This “secret” ingredient is widely used by our culinary team to create sumptuous dishes that have a touch of tradition yet are different; that add an element of surprise.

Hosrom came in to being to satisfy the taste buds of the most sophisticated palates by using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients, a trendy approach to plate presentation, a twist to the classic Lebanese recipes, and a commitment to add value to our guests’ epicurean journey.
